Sphero is a robot ball. This codable segway in a polycarbonate shell is a magical gateway for kids who want to learn how to use block-based code building to program a robot. While working at Sphero, we were most excited to discover that over 55% of Sphero’s users were girls ages 8-12 years old, making this tech toy one of the most important STEM-based learning tools for young women.
